MISCELLANEOUS:

 

a.

Consideration of approval for the expenditure of funds from the Law Enforcement Fund (LETF) for the purchase of six (6) non-lethal PepperBall devices and related projectiles in the amount of $11,795.00.

 

b.

Consideration of piggybacking the City of Boca Raton's contract with BLD Services, Inc. for a Townwide Wastewater Lateral Service Lines (Lateral Pipe Lining Services) Rehabilitation in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. Funding for the project was approved in the FY 2023/24 Public Services Budget.

 

c.

Consideration of entering into a contract with Hinterland Group, Inc. by piggybacking two (2) contracts, one (1) with Palm Beach County for Wastewater Gravity Lines (Pipe Lining Services) & Manhole Rehabilitation in the amount of $250,000.00, and one (1) with Charlotte County for Stormwater, Wastewater Gravity Lines Rehabilitation (Pipe Lining Services) in the amount of $250,000.00. Funding for these projects, in the aggregate amount of $250,000.00 was approved in the FY 2023/24 Public Services Budget.

 

d.

Consideration of CSA No. 2024-06, CSA No. 2024-07 and CSA No. 2024-08 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. authorizing engineering services in the amount of $196,036.00 for assistance with the conversion of the current sanitary infrastructure record data into standardized electronic geodatabase formats.

 

e.

Consideration of awarding a contract for the replacement of the Maddock Park ADA Ramp to Creative Contracting Group in the amount of $50,900.00.

PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Any citizen is entitled to be heard on an official agenda item when the Town Council calls for public comment OR any matter not on the agenda under the “Public Comments” section. Citizens desiring to address the Town Council shall step up to the microphone at the podium, state their name and address in an audible voice for the record, and, unless the Chair grants additional time, shall limit their address to three (3) minutes. Citizens who wish to address the Council MUST complete a blue public comment card and present it to the Town Clerk before the item is discussed and wait for the Mayor to announce when it is their turn to speak. Likewise, if the public wishes to speak on a matter on the consent agenda, they must complete a blue card and present it to the Town Clerk before the start of the meeting.
